Custom Simplified Full Facial

This Simplified Custom Facial includes: consultation/analysis, double cleanse, eye makeup removal, exfoliation, steam, extractions, custom masking treatment, serum, moisturizer/SPF.  INCLUDES: facial massage only (which may be left out if you prefer, but highly recommended for enhanced results).

This full facial is perfect for those who want the full facial service but who does *not* want the extra massage portion on the body.

Teen Acne Facial

Teen Acne Facial includes: double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions, custom masking treatment, High Frequency (if no contraindications),  moisturizer/SPF.  INCLUDES: facial massage if appropriate for skin condition.    *** Teen Facial Special for those UNDER 18.  MUST be accompanied by ONE Adult Guardian who will sign permission for service and remain in room during service.  ONLY one adult/person can be present onsite during services with the Teen.  No exceptions.   Additional guests will be turned away. 

Back Facial

This super relaxing Back Facial treatment is PERFECT for special occassions where you will be in a strappy backless dress, tank top season, or for helping issues with acne on the back.  This treatment will help clean, smooth, and improve the look of the skin on the your back and back of shoulders.

Service includes:

Full Service Back Facial:  90 minutes

Cleanse, with exfoliation scrub or enzyme (which ever is appropriate for your skin or goals), 15 minutes of extractions, 10 minutes of back massage, treatment mask with more light massage, and lightweight moisturizer, and finish with a lovely neck and scalp massage.  Hot towels are used throughout this service.  You will feel relaxed and and rejuvenated while your back will feel cleaner, smoother, clearer, and hydrated.   This 90 minute treatment gives the option of an additional 20 minutes of back massage, or adding 25 minutes of a relaxing, LED Light Therapy treatment that can be customized for back-acne or back pain.

Half Back & Upper Shoulder Treatment: 60 minutes

Cleanse, with exfoliation scrub or enzyme (which ever is appropriate for your skin or goals), 15 minutes of extractions, 10 minutes of back massage, treatment mask with more light massage, and lightweight moisturizer, and finish with a lovely neck and scalp massage.  Hot towels are used throughout this service.  You will feel relaxed and and rejuvenated while your back will feel cleaner, smoother, clearer, and hydrated.

** Service includes scalp massage which may get oils in your hair.  You may decline the scalp massage if you wish.  Not responsible for 'spa hair', hair in disarray, oil in hair, any affects of coloring treatments in your hair, weaves, ect.  If you feel there may be any issues with the scalp massage on your hair, you are free to decline this portion of the service.   You will just receive longer neck and shoulder massage during that time.  I reserve the right to leave out the scalp massage if I feel there may be any reason to do so (safety of client, client scalp conditions, ect).

Leg Exfoliation and Hydrate treatment

Legs looking and feeling dull and need a boost?

This service includes a very effective exfoliation by Dermafile Microdermabrasion, which polishes the legs beautifully.  This is followed up with hot towels and a hydrating treatment mask, with a foot massage and hydrating treatment oil.  Your legs will feel smooth and deeply hydrated.  Perfect for short or summer dress season, bikini season, or special fancy dress occasions.

Express Targeting Treatments

Express Targeted Treatments can vary depending on your needs.  May include some or parts of the following: quick cleanse, no eye makeup removal, exfoliation, steam, extractions, dermafile microderm, LED, custom masking treatment, moisturizer/SPF.   To be determined at consultation.   (With exception of the "Smooth, Hydrate, Relax" service, all Express Facial Services do not include any massage.  All Express Service only include the face.  No neck or decollete.)

Add-On Service: DELUX COMBO

This is the combo to add to your facial if you are serious about your treatment.

This add-on gives you the instant smoothing exfoliation results of the Dermafile combined with the longer term results of the FDA approved and proven results of LED light therapy.  This is great for Anti-Aging,  and most acne conditions.   A great add-on for events coming up.

DERMAFILE is best described as a suction-free version of Microdermabrasion - making it much gentler on the skin but still provides a "polishing" like effect on the skin.  It is a fantastic add-on service to boost your exfoliation, giving you INSTANTLY *noticeably* smoother, softer and brighter skin. 

LED LIGHT THERAPY is FDA approved And HIGHLY effective.   You have two options:  Red light or Blue light.

*Red light therapy is effective at jump starting collagen production... even in skin that has halted production!  This treatment works at a cellular level ramping up the production of collagen for weeks after a treatment.  Add this to any facial for a HIGHLY recommended anti-aging treatment. 

*Blue Light is amazing at quickly providing a reduction of not only the actual acne itself, but the redness and inflammation that goes with it.  It is also one of the few services that can have a fast powerful effect on CYSTIC acne and is NON-INVASIVE.

Add-On Service: Dermafile Exfo

If you are looking for a chemical free way to bring extra smoothing exfoliation to your skin.... THIS is the way to go.  The Dermafile is best described as a Suction-free version of Microdermabrasion.  Microdermabrasion is a manual exfoliation treatment that includes a suction device on the skin.  This can be rough and damaging to delicate mature, loose, or sensitive skin, or skin with broken capillary issues.    

However, DERMAFILE, does not include the suction function - which makes it much gentler on the skin but still provides a "polishing" like effect on the skin.  It is a fantastic add-on service to boost your exfoliation, giving you INSTANTLY *noticeably* smoother, softer and brighter skin.

** This add-on service may add an additional 10 minutes to your treatment

** This service will include face, and neck. 

** This service is NOT recommended for skin recently exposed to a lot of sun, or about to be given a lot of sun exposure.

LED LIGHT THERAPY is FDA approved And HIGHLY effective at significant reduction of acne, inflammation, and redness, as well as the discomfort of painful cystic acne.   Multiple sessions give best results, however, even just ONE session makes an impact.    Great for back facials for acne on the back as well!

** This add-on service can be added to a Full Custom Facial, and most Express Services

** This add-on service will may be added to *some* massage services. 

** This add-on service is HIGHLY recommended for 'backne', or acne on the back.  Recommended before any oils applied, on clean skin.

Add-On Service: LED Pain setting

This professional LED device is FDA approved for the reduction in pain.   Non-invasive, this LED Light Therapy is used to help alleviate pain from some issues such as: arthritis, bursitis, muscle aches, and more. 

This service can be added on to various massage services, but must be on bare clean skin.  Please refrain from use of any oils or lotions in the area to be treated.  

** This add-on service can be used an various parts of the body.  

** This add-on must be directly on bare, clean skin.

** This service adds heat to the area

** This add-on service can be added to a Full Custom Facial, and most Express Services, and some massage services.

Add a glorious session of profession assisted stretching to any service.  Stretching will loosen your whole body up, keep you limber and reduce the likelihood of injuries, calms the mind and nervous system and feels good!  Even added on to a facial service or wax service is an incredible boost to your day.

Add-On Pain Relief Oil Upgrade for massage

Perfect for pain management massage - a oil medium packed with ingredients KNOWN to aid and reduce pain symptoms.  Add this oil upgrade to your next massage service.

NOTE:  this upgrade can only be used directly on exposed skin.  Not appropriate for clothed modalities such as Thai or Shiatsu. 

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of techniques such as rolling skin, kneading muscles, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.     

Full body Swedish is a relaxing way to calm the nervous system, bring the body into "rest and digest" state, ease general aches and pains and muscle tension, increase circulation, improve sleep, and much more.

Service can be performed as a full body Swedish, OR can be primarily Swedish with Deep Tissue or Myofascial Release techniques performed on targeted areas for more specific pain reduction goals.  This can be determined during your initial consultation.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Cupping Massage

This service will include swedish style massage, along with MFT, Deep Tissue, and other modalities customized to your specific needs. This will prep the muscle tissues for the cupping procedure which can be for a full body experience or focused on a specific area that you need worked on for pain management.

Silicone and plastic pump assisted cups are used.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words - "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure). In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, gentle stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body. Shiatsu is traditionally done on a thick padded mat on the floor, however, this may also be modified to be performed on a massage table.   Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit.

Thai Massage / Barefoot Massage

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.  Thai is traditionally done on a thick padded mat on the floor, however, this may also be modified to be performed on a massage table.   Barefoot Thai massage is performed on the mat on floor.  I use foot pressure to sore tense muscles.  This is an excellent choice for those that like really firm pressure, although it can also be done lightly for those who enjoy this modality but want a softer touch.

Stretch Session

Professional Assisted Stretching session involves a full body deep stretch to help limber you up, loosen your body and mind.  Most people do not know how to go about a full body stretch, or for various reasons are unable to perform the stretches alone without assistance.  Of safely.

If you have never had an assisted stretch session - you need to try this!

Try a 50 minute stand alone service for $65

Or ADD a 30 minute session to your other service (facial, massage, ect)  for only $35!

** You will be fully clothed during a stretch session

** You go as deep in a stretch as your comfortable with

** No oils or lotions used

** Stretch session is performed on massage table, or standing,  or sitting depending on the needs of client.

DeepTissue, TriggerPoint, Lympha

The use of techniques, such as:

*Deep Tissue

*Myofascial Release Therapies

*Trigger Point Therapy

* Lymphatic Drainage (for mild swelling, mild injuries swelling.  NOT for serious lyphadema conditions).

These specialty techniques are used to aid in pain reductions and nerve and muscle re-education.  These modalities are not used as a "full body" service, but are used in tandem with services such as Swedish, Shiatsu, ect.   In discussion with you before your service we will decide if you would like these techniques added or used in your service, and to what extent.  Usually this will be no additional charge, but may determine whether your service is a "full body" or if we decide to just focus on specific areas of pain or concern.  This does not add to your cost, unless it adds to the length of time of your service - which will be determined by you before the service starts.

Chair Massage

Chair massage available for mobile, office, corporate, and some events.

1 hour minimum, or more, may be required depending on circumstances.  Mobile travel, parking, and other fees may apply.
