IMPORTANT: Covid Notes & Requirements
Your safety and mine are very important to me.
That is why I am limiting my client base. I also only will have a maximum of 4 clients in my treatment room a day.
I ensure plenty of time to thoroughly disinfect all equipment, surfaces of treatment room, bathroom, and entryway/doors. I open windows and allow time for airing out and ventilating rooms in between each client.
* * Please arrive on time for your appointment. BUT- Do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes from your appointment time. When you have arrived, please text me and I will will text you when you are clear to come in. This is to ensure social distancing and that there is never any unintentional overlapping of clients coming and going, as well as to ensure I am given the time needed to air space out and finish all cleaning and disinfection measures. I use approved hospital grade disinfectants.
Hand Washing:
My hands are washed before and after each client and before and after handling certain surfaces and items.
Clients must wash hands when entering before their services are performed.
When mandated - Masks are required for all clients during all services.
Facial or Facial Waxing services: For services involving the face, client must still wear mask while entering premises, during consultation and check-in process. Client mask will only be removed once you are on the treatment table. A mask will be put back on immediately after service is completed before getting off the treatment table. It is recommended a fresh, clean mask is used after facial treatments to ensure best results and to not reintroduce debris or bacteria onto a freshly treated face.
Massage Services: When mandated, Client is required by California Public Health to wear a mask during entire massage service.
Massage Services: At any given time the State or local county may require a 'doctors note' to allow massage services at that time. ** This simply means you need a very brief simple 'referral' from a doctor or chiropractor stating that you "need massage". It does not need to be overly specific as to why. It can be "needs massage for trouble sleeping". "For anxiety". I have a very simple form that I can forward to you for you to have your doctor sign. Medical codes are not required or needed. One note only is needed for future massage treatments thereafter.
When mandated, Masks must be worn during the checking-out process and until exiting the premises.
When mandated, We must be 6 feet apart until actually performing services.
If you are ill, not feeling well, have a fever of 100 or higher, coughing, sneezing; If you have been around someone ill or showing signs of illness; If you or anyone in your household or job has been ill, or showing signs or illness; If you or anyone in your household or job has been exposed to someone with covid, or they have been exposed to covid in last two weeks; If you or anyone in your household or job are awaiting results for covid; If you or anyone in your household or job have tested positive in the last two weeks for covid; If you or anyone in your household or job has traveled out of town in the last two weeks: Please contact me as soon as you can to reschedule your appointment.
You may be required to sign a waiver that you have not, do not, or are not: ill, not feeling well, have a fever of 100 or higher, coughing, sneezing; you have been around someone ill or showing signs of illness; you or anyone in your household or job has been ill, or showing signs or illness; you or anyone in your household or job has been exposed to someone with covid in last two weeks; you or anyone in your household or job are awaiting results for covid;you or anyone in your household or job have tested positive in the last two weeks for covid; you or anyone in your household or job has traveled out of state in the last two weeks. This all applies REGARDLESS if you are vaccinated/boostered or not.
